Here at BANGERANG BAKE SHOP (FORMERLY FAT DADDY BAKE SHOP) We make the most luscious sweet treats with only the best ingredients and all the love we can jam into a cupcake! Other bakeries say they use quality products..but we *tell* you what we put into our super awesome cupcakes! We *only* bake with the finest pure vanilla in the world - Nielsen-Massey Vanillas. We are equally picky when it comes to the chocolate we bake with. Scharffen Berger chocolate is the only chocolate you'll find in our little lovelies. We make our own vanilla sugar with real Madagascar vanilla beans and bake with organic eggs and King Arthur unbleached flour. All our ingredients are of the highest quality.

****Who I Am And How It All Started***
I am a proud mama of two beautiful boys, and an adorable baby girl. I have been baking for as long as I can remember and after years of hearing "you should go into business, your cupcakes are delicious!!" I have finally decided to share my love for baking with others. Deciding on selling my infamous CUPCAKES was a no brainier, they are by far the most amazing things I have ever pulled out of the oven....moist, rich, sweet, delectable, mouthwatering big cups of goodness. I am a true cupcake aficionado. I love everything about cupcakes. I love baking them; I love decorating and packaging them. I love eating them and smelling them. I love giving them as gifts to other people, and I even love things that look like cupcakes.......but how on earth can I ship such a delicate cupcake???? Well it finally hit me one day.....CUPCAKES IN A JAR! *Hi, Just finished Vanilla Dream and shared Plain Jane with friend (still half of$0it left).  Your cupcakes in a jar are far superior to any of the cupcakes I recently had in New York at the much overrated Magnolia Bakery!  They wait in line for this place??!!  Anyway, sounds of delight emanated from both of us as we savored each bite of Plain Jane.  I will definitely be ordering again. What a great idea - the cakes were perfectly moist and the frostings just the right sweetness and texture.  Wowso!-Sybil C

*Just wanted to thank you for sending such a great Mother's Day gift to our parents... My Mom,ordinarily unimpressed, called with the giddiness of a teen after her first kiss to say how much fun the special Mother's Day package was to open, how interesting the cupcake names were, etc.  Her one complaint:the word 'cake' on the side of the box tipped my Dad off to the contents and sharing was necessary!-Laurie S

*Girl your cupcakes are the BEST I have tasted, well they are the BEST dessert I have EVER tasted. Like I wrote in my feedback, our eyes were rolling inside our heads! What do you do? *I received the order yesterday and tried one of the cupcakes, and I have to say, the deliciousness that is your cupcakes should be illegal! They were great!The cake was truly moist and yummy and the buttercream was just how buttercream should be; all buttery and rich but not too sweet or grainy(b/c of the sugar)-absolutely sinful!
