Store Policies - Please Read Before Ordering

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Your order can only be canceled if it has not shipped yet. Please contact us immediately to cancel your order. Your order will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee to cover our credit card expenses for canceling and refunding your order. Once again, when you cancel your order, you will be refunded minus 5%. You cannot cancel your order if your item has already shipped.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Availability of Items
Your Order Confirmation email will provide you with your order number which will be needed if you have to contact us directly for any reason. Availability of items is subject to change without notice. Contact Customer Service or check our website for details.

You may review your order at any time by clicking on the link provided in the order confirmation email.

Shortages; Shortage Items
We currently have a limited number of each product available for purchase on our website however it is possible that (an) item(s) can develop a shortage between order time and the time when the order comes up for fulfillment in our processing queue. If this should occur, and except by special arrangement, no back orders will be permitted. Orders containing items that develop a shortage will, nonetheless, be shipped without delay with whatever pro rata item quantity is available, if any.

Customers wanting orders to be held until shortages can be fulfilled, or canceled must make such requests in writing in the Comments box on their order.

Back ordered and out of stock items may be shipped out at a later date separate from the rest of the order, your order may be held, or a refund may be issued without prior notice at owner's digression.

Prices shown on our website supersede all previous prices and are subject to change without notice. Contact Customer Service or check our website for details.

Net Prices
All prices shown on our website or otherwise quoted by Bangerang Bake Shop are net prices exclusive of all other costs, including (but not limited to) shipping; handling; insurance; taxes; duties; tariffs; or the cost of special packaging, marking or other services, which costs shall be borne by the Buyer.

SHIPPING

We strive to provide timely and efficient delivery of each order. Because we strive to provide the freshest product, most orders are shipped within 5-10 business days and shipped via USPS Priority 2-3 day delivery. Overnight, international and customized delivery is available upon request. Each order is carefully packaged to insure a safe delivery. Bangerang Bake Shop is not responsible for items damaged or delayed in shipping. Because we provide a fresh food product and storage upon delivery can affect the quality of the product we do not guarantee or refund orders. Please immediately notify the shipper if you believe your item was damaged in shipping.

SHIPPING POLICIES:
  • Bangerang Bake Shop® has no control over and cannot be held responsible for the delivery schedule of the USPS, nor can we accept responsibility for when the mail is delivered.
  • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST, STOLEN, MISROUTED OR DAMAGED, ONCE THE US POSTAL SERVICE DELIVERY CONFIRMATION SHOWS THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Claims due to carrier mistakes or delay must be handled through the carrier. We must go by what the USPS delivery confirmation system reports regarding delivery attempts, notices left, etc. We cannot offer free shipping and product replacement when orders are returned to us as unclaimed or undeliverable.
  • We Cannot Accommodate Special Delivery Instructions, such as "Leave package at the side of the house behind bush" or "Deliver between 1 and 2pm" or "Deliver to front door, not mail box." Postal carriers usually do not read or follow such instructions written on the package, and we have no control over what time orders are delivered. We will not be held responsible for damaged orders resulting from the failure of mail carriers to follow special shipping instructions or from shipments not delivered at a specific time.
  • Bangerang Bake Shop® cannot take responsibility for a parcel that was spoiled as a result of no one present to receive the parcel when it arrives at the shipping address.
  • No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.

Wrong Address Policy:

PLEASE make sure you have a correct and Valid shipping address. You as a customer are responsible for any wrong shipping address provided to Bangerang Bake Shop™.  Bangerang Bake Shop™ is NOT responsible for any wrong shipping addresses provided by the customer. If a incorrect address is provided by you, the customer, and your order is returned to Bangerang Bake Shop™ we CAN NOT remake and reship your order. You must repurchase your order in it's entirety.


ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Bangerang Bake Shop reserves the right to refuse service to anybody.

Pricing or Typographical Errors
While Bangerang Bake Shop strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Bangerang Bake Shop shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mispriced, Bangerang Bake Shop may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

Quantity Limits and Dealer Sales
Bangerang Bake Shop reserves the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by the same account, the same credit card, and to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We will provide notification to the customer email and/or billing address provided should such limits be applied. Bangerang Bake Shop also reserves the right to prohibit sales to wholesalers. Bangerang Bake Shop items may not be resold for profit without prior consent. This includes selling on auctions, online, or any retail establishment.

We are committed to your shopping satisfaction. If an item you receive from Bangerang Bake Shop is defective or unsatisfactory, or if an item is missing from your shipment, please contact us immediately.


PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER

An Item Is Missing or Short
If an item is missing from your shipment, or the quantity count on an item is short, please contact us at once to resolve the matter. Please note that Bangerang Bake Shop reserves the right to either ship the missing item or issue a credit for same at our sole discretion.

My Order Didn't Arrive
Orders shipped via common carrier can be tracked on the carrier's website. If you wish to track an order, click on the tracking link provided in your Shipment Confirmation email (We're sorry but orders shipped via certain USPS service options cannot be tracked door to door; refer to the USPS website for details). If you still have questions about an order that has not arrived, please contact us and one of our Customer Service Associates will be happy to help you.

Shipping charges are not refundable except if you were sent an incorrect or defective product and only at our sole digression.

Refund/Return Policy:

If you believe you have received a defective product please contact our customer service team at Info@BangerangBakeShop.com, be sure to include the order number included in your emailed receipt. We will review any incident on a case by case basis, evaluating all factors, and attempt to resolve any concern. Any resolution is at the sole discretion of Bangerang Bake Shop.

Restricted Items
We're sorry but for health and safety reasons, all our baked goods are non returnable.

Due to the nature and customization of our items we have a no return policy. There are no returns and no exchanges for any products we sell on our site. No exceptions.

Refused Shipments and Unauthorized Returns
Refusal to accept delivery of a shipment from, or the unauthorized return of a shipment to, Bangerang Bake Shop is a breach of contract. Such act does not ipso facto relieve the Buyer of either the responsibility to make any (and all) payment(s) that is due and payable, nor does it require Bangerang Bake Shop to refund monies already paid. Just as "...Title and risk of loss to all goods furnished hereunder shall pass to Buyer upon [Bangerang Bake Shop] delivery to the carrier at the shipping point, so such goods remain the property of the Buyer. We will not be responsible for the safe keeping of these goods but will nevertheless hold Buyer's property for thirty (30) days, after which time the goods will be considered abandoned property and we will dispose of it as we deem appropriate in our sole discretion.

IN NO EVENT SHALL BANGERANG BAKE SHOP BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL, DAMAGES, OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, EVEN IF BANGERANG BAKE SHOP HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, WHETHER IN AN ACTION UNDER CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE, INABILITY TO USE, OR PERFORMANCE OF THE INFORMATION, SERVICES, PRODUCTS, AND MATERIALS AVAILABLE FROM THIS SITE. THESE LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY NOTWITHSTANDING ANY FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY LIMITED REMEDY. BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bangerang Bake Shop, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensees and suppliers (collectively the "Provider") from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your Internet account (if established), including negligent or wrongful conduct, by you or any other person accessing this Site using such Internet account.

PRIVACY
You may shop with confidence. We never sell our customer list or share customer data with any third party except as required to complete your transaction and as required by law.
